Scope of works:

• Disconnection and removal of existing electrical services wiring and equipment becoming redundant as particularly indicated and as will obviously become redundant with the alterations and additions works specified
• Alterations and additions to existing switchboards
• Supply and installation of new distribution board
• Supply and installation of new cable containment systems
• Supply and installation of new sub-mains
• Supply and installation of new luminaires, complete with lamps, control gear etc.
• Supply and installation of new lighting sub-circuit wiring including plug bases for connection of all recessed luminaires
• Alterations and additions to existing lighting control systems including switches, switching centres, switch wires, dimmers, control wiring, etc.
• Supply and installation of new general purpose socket outlets and dedicated socket outlets as indicated on the drawings
• Supply and installation of new wired isolating switches for new permanently connected items of equipment as indicated on the drawings
• Supply and installation of new power sub-circuit wiring, accessories, etc. for the complete final power distribution system including final connections ready for service to all permanently connected items of equipment
• Alterations and additions to the existing integrated data/communications structed cabling system
• Testing, commissioning and final certification of the specified Works
