General Electrical Services

• Construct the complete electrical services installation to the new building/structure, substation and external areas
• Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new transformers, switchboards and distribution boards
• Supply and install mains and sub-mains with appropriate cable containment
• Any conduit installed by the electrical sub-contractor is to include, draw wires, roped and the like as required to complete the work and provide a fully operational and maintainable electrical distribution.
• Supply and installation of new pits, conduits, bell mouths, end caps, hardcover, warning tapes, trace wire, markers, and labels as detailed and specified required to complete the electrical services. Maintain separation from adjacent services. Coordination and de-conflicting of installation with relevant stakeholders.
• Supply and installation of all single and three phase general power and lighting, as required. Including cabling, cable trays and ladders, wiring, catenary wires, circuitry, outlets, conduits, boxes, brackets, supports, RCD protection, top hats, shrouds, flashings, terminations, earthing, cleats, fixings and the like, as specified and as required to achieve a complete installation of all Electrical Services
• AEDI to supply install all three phase and neutral permanently connected special purpose outlets with isolation ratings (including associated circuits) to mechanical switchboards, A/C condensing units, communication equipment, specialty equipment and the like as detailed and specified in the contracted drawings and specification.
• Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all Earthing Systems, including for removable cover plates
• AEDI to relocate, install, commission and connect to the new main switchboard; GENSET (provided by others)
