BREAKING NEWS: Congratulations Oscar Darvill – Legrand Apprentice of the Year (South Qld). There were 9 fantastic finalists, and to have one of our own as the winner is a wonderful achievement for Oscar and our company.

Oscar started with Arnolds having finished school and conducting some pre employment training and showed an extreme eagerness to enter the trade. Since joining Arnold we have heard nothing but positive repots in regard to Oscars work ethic and the quality work he produces every day. Oscar has one of the most impressive tool collections of any employee within the company.

Oscar has recently shown a keen interest in attending to away work which has provided him with the opportunity to work in some of the most remote regions of Queensland. Reports back from Clients and Co-workers are that he is an absolute pleasure to deal with and always keen to learn and follow instructions.

Tony Arnold has recently worked on a remote mining Project with Oscar and witnessed first-hand his great work ethic and in particular his diligence displayed to Safety and ensuring all Risks and hazards are identified in his work environment. Oscar has been actively involved in developing JSEA in High Risk mining environments always communicates positively with the working groups. Congratulations and what an exciting future ahead of you Oscar.
